  1. Absolute: 12am - 6pm ( Water Only)
  2. Daniel Fast(Daniel 1 and 10) - Daily (10 Days)

Foods Allowed for Daniel Fast

  • Vegetables (fresh, frozen, cooked, raw)
  • Fruits (fresh or frozen; limited concentrated fruit juices)
  • Whole grains (brown rice, oats, quinoa, barley, whole-wheat pasta)
  • Legumes (beans, lentils, peas)
  • Nuts and seeds (plain, unsalted)
  • Healthy oils in moderation (olive, coconut — some stricter plans avoid added oils)
  • Water (primary beverage); some allow natural fruit juices in moderation
  • Herbs, spices, and minimally processed plant-based foods
